Articles - Sydney Confidential - Natalie Vamps Up, 25th August 2005  FINALLY a hard-core look to suit the man-eating bad girl of Ramsay St, Izzy Hoyland.It's the first exclusive glimpse of Izzy, real name Natalie Bassingthwaighte, frontwoman of the Rogue Traders in their latest single, Way To Go. Yes, another Neighbours star turned songstress - but at least this one's carrying off a swag of different looks for a bit of fun. As Erinsborough's resident glamour girl, Bassingthwaighte has more recently played straight-laced Sandy alongside unfunny man Craig McLachlan in the musical Grease. And she also kept Rogue Traders fans guessing who the new lead vocalist was with her vampy look in a dark wig on the Voodoo Child clip. Way to Go hits radio stations and TV music shows from September 5. Neighbours airs weekdays at 6.30pm on Ten. |
