Natalie Bassingthwaighte Album
As of 2006 rumours that Natalie would be attempting to break from the Rogue Traders and launch a solo career were confirmed by Natalie Bassingthwaighte. At this time the estimated release date was some time during late 2007.
Speculation amongst fans quickly began over the nature of the album. Some suggested that Natalie would move away from the Rogue Traders electro dance feel to follow in the footsteps of other Neighbours successes like Delta Goodrem who sings personal ballard's. Others felt that Natalie would retain some of the Rogue Traders and move towards Pink style punk tracks.
As 2007 began Natalie continues as her role as the lead singer of the Rogue Traders. Suggestions began that fans may have to wait until the end of 2007 and early 2008 for the release of her debut album. Natalie Bassingthwaighte revealed that she would write much of the lyrics to be used on her solo album.
